1. General Information

Journai is a journaling app released under the personal account of Francesco Romeo. The app is designed to offer a completely private and offline writing experience. You are not required to create an account or provide any personal information to use the app.

2. App Functionality

Journai allows users to write, edit, and reflect through journal entries. The app includes optional AI-based suggestions to enhance your journaling, which are powered entirely by a private AI model running on your device. No internet connection is needed for these features, and no journal data is shared externally.

3. Data Storage

All user content, including journal entries and AI interactions, is stored locally on your device. If you have iCloud enabled, your data may be synced privately across your Apple devices via your personal iCloud account. Journai does not have access to this data.

You may delete your entries at any time. There is currently no export feature, and no data is sent to any server.

4. Protection of Personal Information

Journai is designed with privacy in mind:

• We do not collect or store any personal information.
• We do not track IP addresses, device IDs, or user behavior.
• No cookies or analytics are used.
• No account or login is required.

Since no personal data is collected, there is nothing to share, sell, or transfer.
